Pastor Frazier attended the East Cleveland Bible Institute and Cuyahoga Community College.  Glenn received his broadcast training from the Columbia School of Broadcasting before working for radio station WJMO 1490 AM as a Gospel Announcer and religious affairs director.  Pastor Frazier moved to WABQ Radio 1540 AM and served as production manager and program director.  He was soon promoted to Station Manager and remained there until he resigned in February of 1990.  He was also a co-producer for the weekly Gospel television program entitled "Celebration" which aired each Sunday morning on TV Channel Eight for several years in Cleveland.  Pastor Frazier was consecrated to the office of Bishop in August of 1995, under the authority of Bishop Bill McKinney, pastor of Christian Fellowship Center in Cleveland, Ohio.  The Late Bishop Quander Wilson of the Greater Emmanuel International Fellowship of Churches consecrated Bishop Frazier to this most prestigious office.  Glenn is currently submitted to Bishop Van Gayton, Presiding Prelate of the International Community of Christian Churches.  Currently, Bishop Frazier serves as the Presiding of St. Andrew Province of the International Community of Christian Churches.  Additionally, Bishop Frazier resigned in June of 2001, (because of relocating to California) as the President of the Faith Community United Credit Union in Cleveland, after serving in that office for two years, and served on the board of directors for more than six years.  Faith Community United Credit Union is the largest minority owned financial institution in the state of Ohio.

Bishop Frazier is also a playwright as well as the composer of several songs of praise and worship.  Two of his plays were produced and preformed at the East Cleveland Community Theater, and Shaw High School, respectively.  Pastor Frazier has also written two books, "The Secret To Why Prayers Aren't Answered", and his latest book, "GOD SOUNDS LIKE MY WIFE", published by Treasure House, a division of Destiny Image Publishers.  Several of his songs can be heard on the album entitled, "REMEMBER", by Cheryl Frazier, who is an accomplished Gospel Recording Artist and also his wife.  He also completed a special "film producers" course in Hollywood, Ca., and is working on writing and producing his first movie.  He is a teacher/preacher of the Word of God and previously served as the Dean of the Zoe Bible Institute (a ministry of Gospel Palace Ministries) as well as an instructor.  Bishop Frazier has traveled throughout the United States and parts of Canada declaring the delivering power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
